Welcome to The Mahaloka Villa. You have chosen a place designed for peace, and we have created these guidelines to protect that experience for you and for all our guests. By booking with us, you agree to treat this sanctuary with care and respect.

1. Embrace the Serenity The Mahaloka Villa is a haven for rest and reconnection. We kindly ask that you keep noise levels to a minimum, especially between the hours of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Our villas are designed for tranquility, not for parties or large gatherings.

2. Registered Guests Only For the privacy, security, and comfort of everyone at the property, only guests registered on the reservation are permitted within the villas and on the grounds. Unregistered visitors or overnight guests are not permitted. Each villa is designed to accommodate a maximum of two guests.

3. A Pure & Smoke-Free Environment To preserve the natural materials of the villas and ensure the comfort of all guests, The Mahaloka Villa is a strictly non-smoking and non-vaping property. This includes all indoor areas, balconies, and the pool deck. A significant deep-cleaning fee will be applied if this rule is not honored.

4. Respect for the Realm Please treat The Lumbung Villa with the care you would your own home. The natural wood, stone, and bespoke furnishings are integral to the soul of The Mahaloka Villa. Please report any accidental damage to our staff immediately.

5. Poolside Peace The pool is a shared space of relaxation. For your safety and the safety of others, please do not bring glass bottles or containers to the pool area. We also ask that you kindly use the pool between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

6. Pets While we love animals, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate pets to ensure the comfort of all guests and maintain the pristine condition of the villas.

7. Check-in & Check-out

Check-in: After 3:00 PM
Check-out: Before 12:00 AM
- Please let us know your travel schedule in advance so we can ensure a smooth arrival. We may be able to accommodate requests for early check-in or late check-out depending on availability.

8. Balinese Sensibility You are in a special place. We encourage you to help us conserve Bali’s precious resources by being mindful of your water and electricity usage. A smile and a simple greeting to our local staff go a long way in honoring the beautiful culture of this island.
